Dr. Macdalie St-Preux, Presiding Dentist
Dr. St-Preux is a native of Haiti and earned her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Nova Southeastern University in 2002. Dr. St-Preux began her career with Florida Community Health Center and then established her own practice in Delray Beach for 12 years before becoming a full-time mom. She returned to community practice with Little Lights Dentistry in 2018. Dr. St-Preux’s vast experience and clinical leadership allow us to offer a comprehensive treatment plan involving exams, cavity fills, extractions, root canals, applying fluoride to the teeth, and the use of conscious sedation. Lori Sang, Executive Director
Lori has served as the Early Steps Program Coordinator for the Department of Child Development at St. Mary’s Medical Center in West Palm Beach, as well as Director of Treasure Coast Early Steps at Easter Seals Florida, where she was a successful grant writer and Director of four high performing regional programs for young children with disabilities and their families.
Lori holds a Bachelor’s degree in Community Health Education from the City University of New York at York College and a Master’s in Exceptional Student Education from Barry University in Miami, Florida. She began working with Light of the World Charities in 2015 as a contracted grant writer, joined the staff in 2018 as the Chief Funding Officer, and was named Executive Director in 2019. Anna Panchenko, Finance Director
Anna was born in Siberia, Russia, and immigrated to Denver, Colorado, in 2005. She and her family moved to Stuart in 2019. Anna has extensive nonprofit bookkeeping experience and a BA in Economics from Siberian Railroad Transportation University. Anna can be reached at apanchenko@littlelightsdentistry.org

Rosanna Walker, Registered Dental Hygienist
Rosanna is a Registered Dental Hygienist who loves working with children. She brings a smile to everyone she meets and enjoys helping children and their families create healthy habits of brushing twice per day with fluoride toothpaste and flossing daily. Michelle Fishkin, Registered Dental Hygienist
Michelle is a Florida native who moved from Miami to Port St. Lucie for an easier, laid-back life.
She has been in dentistry since 1984, first as a dental assistant and then as a dental hygienist. Michelle joined the Little Lights Dentistry Team in January of 2024.

Ivett Gomez-Celestino, Lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant/Patient Coordinator
As the Lead Expanded Functions Dental Assistant, Ivett uses her experience in the dental field and her ability to speak fluent Spanish and English to ensure each family meets the Little Lights eligibility criteria, arrives on time for their child’s appointments, and returns for their next appointment with the dentist or hygienist. Ivett assists Dr. St-Preux in 4-handed dentistry and keeps the daily clinical schedule running smoothly, which is not always easy! Ivett can be reached at igomez@littlelightsdentistry.org

Stella Mongelos, Dental Assistant
Stella is originally from Silver Spring, Maryland, and recently moved to the Port St. Lucie area. She graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences. Before moving to Florida, she spent 2 years as a dental assistant for her father’s general practice in Washington, D.C. Stella has also spent many years working in various childcare programs. This combined work experience has made her a wonderful addition to our team. She joined Little Lights as a volunteer in 2024 and was recently hired as a full-time dental assistant. Yahaira Perez, Expanded Functions Dental Assistant-Patient Coordinator
Yahaira Perez graduated from South Fork High School and the Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches as a certified Expanded Functions Dental Assistant-EFDA. Yahaira volunteered at Little Lights Dentistry to complete her EFDA certificate, joining our Team in February 2023. Yahaira enjoys working with the children and their families and is the first to welcome our patients and visitors with a smile.
